It’s the time of year when love is in the air. Make this fun craft foam project as a sign of your affection for that special someone! Use it to decorate a Valentine’s gift bag, the front of a card or hang it somewhere they’re sure to see it.

Supplies:

• purple, dark pink, pink and white craft foam
• pink, white pens: Pentel Gel Roller
• sharp scissors
• low temperature glue gun and glue sticks or tacky craft glue
• tracing paper
• transfer paper

Instructions:

1. Trace the patterns onto tracing paper, then place the pattern directly on the backside of the foam. Use purple for the whole word, white for the “L” and “V”, dark pink for the “O” and “E” and pink for the hearts. Use a pair of sharp scissors to cut out each pattern.
2. Use the white and pink pens to add the detail to the craft foam pieces. Glue the letters onto the purple background starting with the “E” , then add the hearts.
