Vellum Star Ornament

This ornament, created with an elegant vellum, is sure to be the star of your paper-crafting project. Lisa used the center of the star as a focal point to add a close-up photo of Judith Anne’s expression. Try adding journaling or other artwork as you desire, or try creating the star with a cool metallic or patterned paper.

To make the Star Ornament:

1. Trace the circle pattern and dotted lines onto your vellum, then use scissors to cut on each dotted line. Trace the fold lines onto each cut portion of the circle.
2. Fold the cut sections as indicated and wrap the last section to the back of the star.
3. Attach your Star Ornament to a page or card as desired with glue. Add journaling or a photo in the center.
