To make the tag:

1. Use the pattern included here to cut the bottle pieces from yellow stripe, solid blue and pink gingham. Mat each piece on white. Use a black pen to draw the lines on the lid as shown.
2. Glue the lid to the bottle front and the nipple to the lid back. Cut out the alphabet tiles and attach them to the bottle as shown using foam tape. Punch a 1/8" hole in the top left of the bottle. Thread a 9" length of 5/8" wide sheer pink ribbon through the hole and knot the ends together.
