Instructions:

  1. Trace and cut out six 5 3/8” x 2 5/8” black tags from cardstock. Computer journal “Reasons Why I Love You” and list your own 10 reasons on gray linen paper, leaving space between each reason.

Glue the red spattered to a tag as shown. Cut a 1/4” x 2 5/8” strip of black and red stripe and glue to the end of the tag as shown, overlapping the edge of the gray linen. Cut out the “10” from typewriter alphabet tiles and mount with foam tape on the round red tag. Insert a brad into the top of the tag and glue to the black tag as shown.

  3. For the left side tags, tear a 2” x 3” strip of red and black checks paper. Tear out your “reason” in to a 1 1/2” x 2” rectangle and ink the edges. 5. Repeat this pattern for tag pages until you reach #10. Punch holes at the ends of all the tags. Place a pinwheel over the hole on the cover. Thread the center of a length of check ribbon through the holes. Draw the ends through the loop to secure the tags together. Place the center of the remaining ribbon lengths over the checked ribbon center and knot to secure. Trim the tails to stagger between 3”-5”. Knot the ends of some tails.
