Friends are the flowers girlfriend gifts journal

a gorgeous handmade gift for one of your Girlfriends with this small journal.
Perfect for an address book, recipe book or even a mini photo album—she'll
love it!
Supplies:
Instructions:
- Remove journal cover by locating where the spiral binding comes together
and gently pulling apart binding (occasionally you'll need to remove all pages
to remove cover). Cover journal front (with holes to left) with yellow/blue
flowers paper. Trim excess from edges. Cut a 3" x 6" piece of white
flowers on blue paper and a 1" x 6" piece of blue paper. Glue the
blue strip of paper to the right side of the white and blue flower paper as
shown. Glue this piece to the left side of the cover. Turn journal cover over;
use 1/4" hole punch to make holes in the cover paper by placing hole
punch in existing holes, then punching. Reattach cover.
- Cut out "Friends are the Flowers" tag and glue to cover at an
angle, as shown. Cut out "Garden" embossed charm and attach to top
of tag. Glue three wooden beads to top center of white flowers on blue paper.
Thread tops of 6 pieces of 6" raffia, leaving 1" of raffia at the
top. Adhere top ends of raffia to inside front cover. Spread out ends of raffia
then cut out embossed paper charms and adhere to raffia as shown.
- Cut out bookplate, fill in names, and glue inside front cover.
