Instructions:
- Stamp Film Frame six times onto black paper with silver ink. Sprinkle silver embossing powder
onto the wet ink and heat set by placing the embossing tool over the image and moving it back and
forth until the powder turns into a glaze-like finish. Place one stamped frame onto a cutting
surface and use the knife to cut out the black paper around the frames to 2 5/8"x1 5/8". Cut out
the window of each film frame, slightly smaller than the frame itself, leaving a 1/8" border.
- Tape a photo behind each frame window, then tape the six frames end-to-end to create a
filmstrip. Cut six 2 5/8"x1 5/8" rectangles of black paper and glue one to the back of each frame
piece.
- Cut two 3 1/4"x2" rectangles of black matboard. Attach an eyelet into each corner of each
matboard rectangle.
- Cut the ribbon in half. Glue one end of one length to the back ends of the filmstrip. Glue
the back of the right end section of the filmstrip centered on a matting rectangle, so the ribbon
extends outward. Repeat for the left end section on the remaining matting rectangle. Fold the
filmstrip into an accordion to close it, so the front cover is on top.
- Stamp Love Letters onto silver paper with silver ink. Sprinkle silver embossing powder on
top of the wet ink and heat set. Cut the stamped image out to a 21/8"x15/8" rectangle and glue
it centered on the accordion book front cover. Thread silver floss through the eyelets so it
runs vertically on the front side and horizontally on the inside and knot the ends. Trim the
tails close to the knots. Tie the ribbon into a bow to secure the book.
