LeNae filled the pail with a foot brush, plastic green bath toy, 4-color bath scrunchy and bottles of bath bubbles.
Instructions:
- Remove the lid. Cut the swirls paper into two 3"x12" strips. Glue the strips to form a band around the tin, 1/4" from the bottom edge. Wrap the ribbon around the swirls band, knot twice at the front and cut an inverted "v" into each tail.
- Draw purple dots 1/4" apart along the bottom edge of the tin. Repeat for another row around the top, just below the ridge. Draw a row of pink dots above the ridge, near the top.
- Cut a 1 5/8"x1 1/8" piece of swirls paper and glue it near the bottom edge of the tag. Glue the rhinestone onto the swirls. Use the letter stickers to personalize the tag. Use the fiber to tie the tag to the handle base. Insert excelsior into the tin, then arrange the bath accessories on top.
