Boo to You Card
By Paris Dukes

Boo To You, Handmade Halloween Card

Use a white gel pen to write on black paper—squiggle the lines for a fun, ghostly look. Here Paris crumpled the orange and black paper, then rubbed it lightly with sandpaper to give a cobweb effect. White eyelets accent the white writing on the tag and envelope, while orange and black ribbon give the card a festive Halloween look. And that cute little envelope and tag? Paris made them quickly and easily with templates!

A vellum overlay mutes the collage paper, allowing Paris' stamped and written message to stand out. Paris' tip: When stamping or writing on vellum, be sure to let the ink dry thoroughly before handling.
